FOMWAN Bids Aladejana Farewell to Eternity





The Federation of Muslim Women's Associations in Nigeria (FOMWAN) has bid farewell to the late Alhaja Chief O.F. Aladejana MFR as she was laid to rest, journeying to eternity.

The Ondo State chapter's Amirah (President) of the Association, Alhaja Medinat Omikunle, represented by the Chairperson of the Humanitarian and Community Development Committee, Alhaja Rafta Momoh, wrote in the condolence register that the late Aladejana's legacies will be built upon to stand the test of time.

"Our big mum, our role model, Umkhair, UmAlbarika. You came, you saw, and were a fulfilled mother in all ramifications. May Allah make Aljannah Firdous your final abode, shield all you have left behind, and give us the fortitude to bear this immeasurable loss," it stated.

It further read that they take solace in her exemplary life and her passage to her Creator.


The Zonal Deputy Coordinator of South West II, Alhaja Idayat Jimoh, simply described her as "Iya Albarika."

In her condolence register, she wrote: "You've gone forever, and your memory will not be forgotten. We pray that Almighty Allah forgives all your sins and grants you entry into Aljanah Firdous. Amen."

She appreciated the life of the late Aladejana for exhibiting an exemplary personality and urged people to always be prepared, as death does not inform before taking its victim.
