As we usher in the New Year, Hon. Jimoh Akeem extends his heartfelt greetings to all Nigerians, wishing them a prosperous and fulfilling 2025.
In a message reflecting on the past year and looking forward to the future, Hon. Akeem draws upon his extensive experience as a former Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker of the 9th Assembly and as a member of the Governing Council of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic.
In his address, Hon. Akeem commended President Bola Tinubu for the commendable efforts made by his administration in revitalizing the nation’s refineries.
He highlighted that this initiative is not only pivotal for enhancing energy security but also serves as a crucial step toward stimulating economic growth and creating job opportunities for Nigerians.
"The resuscitation of our refineries is a testament to the government's commitment to improving our economic landscape," he stated.
Hon. Akeem also emphasized the need for broader financial support mechanisms through the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.
He urged President Tinubu to expand the scope of assistance to encompass more struggling Nigerians, particularly those who are striving to improve their livelihoods amid challenging economic conditions.
