Ondo Judiciary launches automated court-filing process

In a bid to ensure a swift and seamless administration of justice, the Ondo State Judiciary has launched its Court Management Information System - CoMiS.

This follows the signing of a Service Level Agreement with a consultant firm, Cinfores Limited in June, this year.

Chief Registrar, Ondo State Judiciary, Mrs. Yetunde Ajanaku-Makun, made it known that the CoMIS would automate  Court processes like eFiling, eAffidavit, and eProbate system in the High and Magistrate Court which included small claims court and the Family Court under the Magistrate Court.

In regard to this, Ajanaku-Makun said the collection of profiles, process standardisation and customisation as well capacity  development for the judiciary ICT team, Registry staff and  the engagement of the Bar have been accomplished.

She said the system would remove the red tapes clogging the wheel of justice administration in the state.
