Commissioner of Education, Science and Technology in Ondo State, Hon Laolu Akindolire has received the leaders of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and African Democratic Congress (ADC) in ancient town of Okeigbo to All Progressives Congress (APC) .
In a carnival like event where the leader of PDP in the town, Hon. Chief Gbemibade Folagbade (Falagon) who was former Member of Ondo State House of Assembly and former Executive Chairman of Ileoluji/ Okeigbo Local Government officially decamped from PDP to APC with huge numbers of followers likewise the leader of ADC who was former member of the State House of Assembly and House of Representative aspirant, Hon Adefisan Opeyemi collapsed his structure for Aiyedatiwa because of golden heart of Hon Laolu Akindolire in the town.
Hon Laolu Akindolire who led the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Food Security, Barr Yejide Ogundipe, Local Government Party Chairman, Mr Rufus Adefulire, his deputy, Elder Ojetayo and others party leaders in the Local Government Hon. Jerome Olorunyolemi, Hon Ojebowale, Suv Niran Akinniyi, Hon Shina Fadamitan among others to officially receive leaders of the opposition parties on behalf of His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and party state chairman Eng. Ade Adetimehin to the largest party in Africa promised equal treatment of all party loyalists in the Local Government.
The leaders of the oppositions promised to work aggressively for the victory of Governor Aiyedatiwa in the forth coming gubernatorial election as they are the main pillars holding the opposition parties in the town before their decampment
The commissioner expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the party present and the leaders of the opposition parties that just joined the party and charged them to cooperate with the governor in sailing the ship of the state to bank of prosperity.
