The Morning Meditation of the last day in the month of February 2024 was celebrated specially to acknowledge the presence and hand of God in everything that pertains to NYSC Ondo State.
Leading the praises and thanksgiving session, the State Coordinator, Mrs. Victoria Nnenna Ani in her sonorous voice and dance steps magnified the name of the Lord who stood with NYSC family nationwide especially the 2024 Batch 'A' (Stream 1) corps members for seeing the beginning and the end of the second month in the year 2024.
The heavens did come down as the Camp Director, Mrs. Adejoke Ayodele Fasola whose 'dance like a winner woman' attracted the attention of other camp officials and corps members alike, and they joined the victorious team to appreciate in a special way what God is doing in NYSC Ondo State.
The Parade Ground was a reminiscent of the Terrestrial cloud where angels were visualised praising God as the NYSC Parade and Musical Band added glamour to the praise and worship. The sounds coming from the wind instruments blended with the appreciative voices of the corps members and camp officials to give the Almighty God what HE cannot give Himself.
The zenith of the celebrations which gave assurance and hope that the Living God who in in His infinity mercy has made it possible to sing Alleluia this morning end will give us grace to sing 'To God be the glory, Great things He has done' at the end of the first quarter of year 2024.
The celebrations did not end until the amiable State Coordinator, Mrs. 'Victorious' Victoria Nnenna Ani led the Camp Director, Mrs. Adejoke Ayodele Fasola; the Head, Socials and Entertainment, Mrs. Christianah Oluwatoyin Afolayan; the Resident Officer 1, Mr. Samuel Kokwu to celebrate all corps members and camp officials that were born in the month of February.
A giant cake baked and designed in NYSC colours was presented to all the celebrants which they cut to celebrate the goodness of God in their lives.
The celebrations truly confirmed that NYSC Ondo State is known for doing things differently with uncommon passion.
