The President, Yoruba Obas Forum, HRM Oba Samuel Olumide Adeoye, Edema 1, has joined multitude of well wishers across the globe to congratulate the newly sworn-in Governor of Ondo State, Hon.Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa.
Speaking with newsmen in Akure, the monarch who also doubles as the Molokun of Atijere kingdom expressed optimism that the new governor's advent portends giant stands in furthering the development initiative of late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu's administration.
According to him, "i am confident that Ayedatiwa will continue the good work that Akeredolu left behind"
"It is with deep sense of honour and gratitude that we congratulate the new Governor of Ondo State, H.E. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
"Ondo State is fortunate to have someone like him as governor, especially now that there is urgent need for concerted effort to douse the political tension enveloping the state in the recent past so as to move the sunshine state out of the woods.
"Gov. Aiyedatiwa experience in state service over the years has equipped him with adequate potentials to move the state forward in spite of the current challenges.
He however enjoined the good people of Ondo state to join hands with the administration to deliver more development in all sectors.
