Glitz in Akure as Godwin Odah marries heartrob

It was a moment of celebration for the family of Pastor and Mrs Abioye Emmanuel and Mr and Mrs Odah Olayi as thier children, Godwin Olayi took the marital vow with his wellbeloved, Deborah Abiola. 

The holy matrimony which was held on Saturday December 9, 2022 at Christ Apostolic Church, temple of holiness was preceded by the traditional ceremony and the payment of the bride price at idera guest house, Aba Gold, Adebowale, Akure where Entertainment of guest was held also. 

Some Ministers of God present at the ceremony included Pastor Olu Agbebi, Pastor Tope Falae, Pastor Jerry illesanmi, Pastor Dr. J. G Afolabi among others. 

In his sermon at the church service, the officiating minister Pastor Dr. J. G Afolabi admonished the couple to love one another

"No matter what you are going through in life, let love prevail, if you fail to love, you will allow hatred to come in

"Love is not easily provoked, love rejoice in truth, and not in iniquity. He said

Stressing that marriage is the first institution created by God, the clergyman emphasized

 

He said “Marriage was established by God. After he brought Adam and Eve together as husband and wife, and built a house for them in the garden of Eden.”

“Your marriage must be established upon the rock of ages, make love for each other a priority, submission and humility should be mutual, trust in each other and unity in purpose corroborating each other in all things”

Pastor Afolabi as well used the moment to remind all and sundry of the marriage supper of the lamb and beseeched participants never to miss out in the great event.

The groom’s parents and Bride's parents appreciated the presence of everyone present and they as well prayed to the good Lord to make their home a blissful one.

The newest couple however appreciated the presence of all that graced the occasion and prayed for journey mercies for all as they go back to their various destinations.
