Adamimogo FM to begin operations in Ibadan soon ---Prophet Sam Olu Alo







Adamimogo Communications Limited, the operators of Adamimogo 93.1FM in Lekki, Lagos, have officially announced their expansion of operations to Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

The new radio broadcasting outfit situated along popular Mokola area of the ancient city,  will transmit its programmes on 105.1MHz.

The visioneer of the broadcasting outfit and a popular christian cleric, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, confirmed this during a private meeting with the Olojudo of Ido-Ekitu, Oba Ayorinde Ilori-Faboro where he offered assurances that he would establish a third radio station in Ido-Ekiti.

Prophet Alo's visit to the traditional ruler of hometown was the beginning of funerals of the late father, Pa Joseph Alo who passed away at the age of 83 on August 7, 2023.

Giving details of the proposed Ibadan Station, Prophet Olu-Alo said, “We thank God that has supported us this far. We have obtain the license to operate for the Ibadan Station, with the frequency as 105.1FM.”

“As soon as we’re done setting up Ibadan, I have set my sights on having a station in Ido – my hometown, so we can bridge the gaps in the broadcast space and fulfil the obligations of information, entertainment and education to the people,” he said.

He said finishing touches were been made prior to the commencement of On-Air operations in Ibadan.



Newsline NG however learnt that the Ibadan station is expected to kick off it's online broadcast and unveil its new recruitments later this month.

Adamimogo FM Communications Limited, own Adamimogo 93.1FM, Lekki, Lagos which commenced commercial operations full transmission of terrestrial programmes in January 2023  on the Lagos airwaves and has become a force to reckon with especially among it’s primary audience of Yoruba speakers.
