The Executive and Stakeholders of the Union of Ikale Indigenes (UOII), have extended their warmest greetings to Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu on his successful return from medical vacation.
The President of the union,Lord Isaac Omowole Omogoroye in a “Welcome Back Home” message signed and made available to newsmen congratulated Akeredolu for coming back in good health and high spirits.
He said:”We are delighted to see you back in good health and high spirits.
“During your absence, we eagerly awaited your return, knowing that your guidance and leadership are essential for the continued growth and progress of our state. Your dedication to public service and extraordinary efforts are truly appreciated by all of us.
“We hope that you feel rejuvenated and ready to face the future challenges and opportunities that await us. Your commitment to improving the lives of our citizens and your unwavering dedication to the public welfare is genuinely inspiring.
“In particular, we very much wish to appreciate your zeal in action towards the creation of 33 Local Council Development Areas (LCDA). It is indeed an exercise worth doing given the fact that it will facilitate the developmental spread of social amenities for the betterment of the masses thus bringing the dividend of Democratic Governance to the grassroot.”
*We however wish to express the belief that you will in all ramifications empower the new Councils alongside the existing ones to be functional arms of government.”
