By Our Correspondent

More fact have emerged on why Mr Babajide Adefowora is not entitled to the stool of the Ketu kingdom.

It was learnt that two persons; Mr Babajide Adefowora and Mr Wahab Akeem popularly known as Oluwo are vying for the stool of Ketu kingdom after the demise of Oba Adeyemi Adefowora

Speaking with newsmen, Wahab Akeem said that Babajide Adefowora lacks all traditional requisites to be the next Alaketu

His word" Those calling for Babajide Adefowora to be crowned as Ketu monarch are not wishing the community well and are not after the progress of the entire kingdom

"Babajide mastermind the delay in the nomination of certified candidate from the next ruling house as the law required

It will be recalled that sometimes in 2015, Babajide Adefowora himself had earlier call for the removal of Oba Adeyemi Adefowora of blessed memory over being an impostor.

The late monarch, Oba Adeyemi Adefowora who reigned for decades was alleged of harassment, breaking of traditional rules and illegal seizure of lands, in being kingpin of land grabbers.

It was gathered that since the monarch was enthroned, he has no crown because he didn’t perform all the traditional rites necessary for the post, thereby incurring the wrath of the deities.

"The odele family already had a case with oshokeji Ateshinmara in the Supreme Court, now the Odele family are in support of Babajide Adefowora , Odele has no say in the kingship of ketu they’re only trying to lobby their way, this is ridiculous"

"Odele family are the one who says his Oba Adegboyega Adefowora(Babajide's Father) can’t become the king in ketu and now they are saying Babajide should become the king by force

While acknowledging that to install the a candidate as new monarch in the Kingdom remain sacrosanct, Mr Akeem, however called on Lagos State Government for intervention on the matter before things go out of hands.
