The Chairman Oyo State Anti Corruption Agency, Hon Justice Eni Esan (rtd) has paid a scheduled visit to the NYSC Oyo State Permanent Orientation Camp Iseyin.
The Chairman who came with some of the Board members sensitized the 2021 batch C Stream ll corps members on the evil of corruption in the society
She stated that Corruption is a bane of growth and development of any Nation and implored the corps members to say no to Corruption and join hands with the agency to rid the state of corrupt practices.
She equally declared that cases of injustices and victimization are also taken up by the agency.
Justice Esan urged the corps members to avail themselves of every branch of the agency in the different geopolitical Zones of Oyo State to report any corrupt practices happening wherever they are serving or cases of victimization.
She also advised corps members as patriotic Citizens to join in the fight against corruption and its devastating impact on the development of the country.
" Know your responsibility in the fight against corruption and speak out " she said.
The Director Administration and Supply of Oyo State Anti Corruption Agency, Mr.Lere Omotosho also admonished the corps members to see the fight against Corruption as a collective responsibility. he enjoined them to join in the fight by saying no to Corruption.
He also charged the corps members to be disciplined and hardworking in the choice of their careers.He encouraged them not to be involved in the"get rich quick syndrome".
"Don't be too much in a hurry to make money, work for it " he added.
The State Coordinator,NYSC Oyo State, Mrs Grace Ogbuogebe while receiving the Chairman and her entourage, appreciated the Oyo State government and Oyo State Anti Corruption Agency ( OYACA) , for taking out time to come and sensitize the corps members on the destructive impact of Corruption and the vital role to play in stamping out the menace in our society.
She equally said she was impressed about the activities of the agency especially the handling of cases of injustices and being a voice for the voiceless.
